I don’t blame you……this is one of the most interactive and intellectually stimulating tribes on the net.
I very much welcome your submissions. Here are a few guidelines to help you.
1. Please educate and entertain. Don’t sell.
2. Have some attitude. Pilgrim readers love it.
3. Please leave all affiliate links out of the post.
4. Know what you are talking about and be authentic.
5. Send me a proposal and a sample of your writing.
6. Include a proposal that has your main thesis and several bullet points.
7. Once I give you the green light, please submit your post in HTML format.
8. Please include no more than 2 links to your blog.
9. Please include a 2 or 3 sentence intro.
10. I retain all rights to edit prior to publication. This sucks I know but I don’t have time to go back and forth with writers and I’m not getting any younger. I normally make small changes but if you can’t live with that, better not submit.
11. If I don’t accept your submission, know that it’s me…not you. I’ve been rejected by several bloggers who are (otherwise) nice people. Don’t give up.
