I face this esp with my family members. I always used to feel angry but because I respected and loved them alot, hardly found courage to confront them. But after some 25 years, I realized that holding up things in my heart is neither helping them, nor me and not even our relationships. So, I learnt hard way to discuss things whenever a difference of opinion arises.
