How to Reinvent Yourself Financially
By Neal Frankle
If you’re wondering how to reinvent yourself, you’re in luck. I had the pleasure of interviewing Ben Cope on Tuesday.
Ben is a fascinating man. He runs a highly successful web company that designs blogs. I was intrigued by Ben’s success – especially considering that only a few years ago, he and his family were just one day away from being foreclosed on. Here is some of the wisdom that Ben shared with us:
1. Consider starting a second job that can easily turn into a nice business of your own. There are tons of great ways to do that.
2. He explained what kind of opportunities to look for. He said that most great opportunities present themselves in a very small way at first. It’s up to us to be on the lookout for those small signals and turn them into big opportunities.
3. Ben shared the keys to his success – a total commitment, complete support at home and endless passion for the work.
4. Ben discussed the pitfalls of working for someone else and how to avoid the most common employment traps.
