Friday Links and a New Resource
By Neal Frankle
I normally don’t watch sports, but I did spend last night watching the wrong team win the NBA Finals. As a result of the time I spent watching the game and the unattractive outcome…I’m in no mood to do an extensive post right now.
(What…I’m not entitled to a day off, for crying out loud?)
Instead, I have a new resource to share with you.
My friend and mentor Pinyo over at Moolanomy has a wonderful forum for folks like you who are interested in learning as much as possible about personal finance.
I like the forum because it gives everyone a chance to ask questions and get solid answers. While I want to again invite you to ask me any financial question you like, it’s possible that I may not have all the answers.
I encourage you to check out Pinyo’s forum here.

Thanks for the mention!
I usually blog about finance at the personal level, but the post “War against the Oceans” is really at the macro level. If we lose the oceans, we lose big
Sorry to hear about the game…
Thanks for the mention! But I will say that you absolutely butchered my name…
Thanks for the link Neal. If you want to watch some different sports, try and keep an eye on your soccer team in the World Cup. They were brilliant against Slovenia today, and in fact I think they were robbed of a goal.
But it was their very American ‘never say die’ attitude that was so impressive!
Hey man, it’s “The Carrot”, not “The Financial Carrot”
Thnx for the highlight. How’s the new business online ventures going?!
Best, Sam
Thanks for the link Neal!
Living in the greater LA area, you gotta be pumped with the win…. no?
Cheers, Sam
Actually……I was rooting for the Celtics. I like the underdog and I think Coby needs to get off his high horse.
