My wife tells me I spend too much time at the computer.  She’s right of course – that’s why I’m very excited (and nervous) about the next 4 days.

After I finish this post, my computer goes dark until Tuesday next week.   Have you ever gone on a computer-free diet?

In case you’re wondering, here’s what I have planned:

Early  Friday morning, I’ll be “on the road again”.  I’m going to San Francisco to “play some music with my friends” up there.  (That’s right….I actually DO have a life outside of work and blogging. My hobby is playing drums and I’ll be backing up my favorite band in the world on Friday and Saturday night.)

I’ll be home on Sunday just in time to start the fast of Yom Kippur.  The holiday continues through Monday night.

I’m looking forward to see how I do without checking my email or writing a post for 4 days.  (Don’t worry….there will be a post up on Monday.  It’s a special surprise guest post written by a great blogger.  Tune it to find out who and what he has to say.)

Anyway, wish me luck…..
